3. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel your enrolment, refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., coach availability, weather, venue restrictions). In such cases, we will offer an alternative session or refund where appropriate.

5. Code of Conduct

When using our Site or Services, you agree to:

  • Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect.

  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.

  • Follow instructions provided by our coaches and staff during training sessions.

  • Not use the Site for unlawful purposes, spamming, or transmitting harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for breach of these rules, without refund.

6. Health & Safety

  • By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge that cricket and related sports involve physical activity and carry inherent risks.

  • You (or your guardian) are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate.

  • Cricket Academy NT is not liable for injuries sustained during training, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, videos, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Cricket Academy NT and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
